A physician recruiter is responsible for finding candidates to fill open positions. This is done primarily through networking and cold calling. This can be challenging, as physicians tend to be incredibly busy when on duty, so persistence is key.

 

Maintaining Records

 

A physician recruiter is responsible for tracking and maintaining all records, insuring that the hospital remains compliant with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
