Companies requires upfront fee from the candidate Many companies announce their vacancies with the upfront fee to be submitted with the job application. This fee is considered to be the application process fee but which is not true. In such case go and search for the company website and read reviews about the company and if possible write to the ILO for the verification. Companies using free mail services like Gmail, yahoo, hotmail etc. are normally fake one because no company uses the free webmail’s, every company has its own Doman name. Job placement Agencies In today’s market when finding good job is a dream, lots of job placement agencies are offering opportunities to get a handsome salaried position in good companies and they charges upfront fee against it. But no one receives the call letter from any company or the refunds fee. Some agencies take fee from the companies to provide them the competent candidate and they offers you the best positions on your appointment letter but when you reaches to the organization after signing bonds you finds nothing except a third class job. When you contact back to the job placement agencies they make excuses and at the end you have to live there till the tenure ends. So beware form such agencies.
